SHIPPING RESTRICTION

Any items notified by our courier companies/partners to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from time to time(including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer from negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and don't take under consideration possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours with the exception of sale periods where it's going to take up to 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We aren't liable
for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items are dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express shipping does not guarantee delivery. We would ensure that products only from the selected category is shipped in 1 business day. If there are multiple products from different categories- then shipping times for them would vary as per the details mentioned on each product description

WHEN DO WE DELIVER

All domestic orders will take about 3-4 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. International orders take a minimum of 5 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request at +91-72176 03331.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is obtainable to only customers in India. For customers outside India, free shipping is only applicable if the order value exceeds $999.

INSURANCE

Rutbaa.com insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you've got specified a recipient who isn't you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Rutbaa.com and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which suggests product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you're responsible for all import duties, customs and native sales taxes levied by the country you're in, payment of those at the time of delivery is important to release your order from customs on arrival.
